Our Raspberry Puree Concentrate is designed as a perfect medium between a single strength puree and a highly concentrated juice concentrate. Our Raspberry puree will give you the best of both worlds with its thicker puree like consistency with the higher 50° brix level! It features an extra jam like flavor compared to our puree with very similar flavor attributes!

ASEPTIC CONCENTRATE - We still recommend storing concentrates at colder temps, but this product is Aseptic and can be stored up to 70° F.
