Our New York grown Niagara Grape concentrate starts by being grown in the cold blustery winter areas of Western, New Yorks west bank off the coasts of both Lake Ontario and Lake Erie. Niagara Grape is the white cohort to the famed Concord and has distinctive Welches grape juice vibes but with a white grape twist. This is a great product for unique Seltzers and adding grape flavor to anything without the blanching effect Concord grapes can have.
