Mackinac™ was a top performer in the Great Lakes Hops Breeding program and was released in 2014. This hop does extremely well in Session IPA's, Pale Ales, American Lagers and Blonde Ales.
This proprietary hop has incredible aroma characteristics that include a tropical explosion of papaya and honey dew melon followed by a sweet refreshing floral note.
