Lychee is the sole member in the fruit genus Litchi in the soapberry family. Lychee comes from a tall evergreen tree that bears small fleshy sweet fruit. The outside of the fruit is rough in texture and red while the flesh is a translucent white color. Flavor wise Lychee has a sweet floral aroma and a flavor that is unlike anything else with its sugary sweet and creamy flavor!

ASEPTIC PUREE - Aseptic Purees can be stored at temps up to 70°F (21°C). For long term storage we recommend storing in a cooler or refrigerator for maximum freshness.
