Lingonberries are a superfruit in the form of little red berries that have a similar tangy taste to a Cranberry. Lingonberries are less acidic making them sweeter to the taste. It's the perfect balance of sour, tart, and sweetness. They are full of antioxidants, vitamins A and C, and magnesium. Lingonberries are delicious when eaten raw, very accurate to our beautifully red aseptic puree. Lingonberries make great ingredients for seasonal beers, pastries in northern regions or looking for a northern twist on things as well as unique ice cream flavors.

ASEPTIC PUREE - Aseptic Purees can be stored at temps up to 70°F (21°C). For long term storage we recommend storing in a cooler or refrigerator for maximum freshness.
