Our Coconut Cream puree is a sweet tooths dream! De fatted to start with so it won't destroy your head retention in beer. We use both the rind and water/milk from the coconut for maximum flavor. We then add just the right amount of cane sugar to make it the perfect consistency for usage in beer, bakeries, candy or any other crazy concoction you can think of. Usage rate is very similar to other fruits and our coconut cream can be added in conjunction with toasted coconut flakes or it also works supurbly on its own!
