Coconut Cream Puree

Our Coconut Cream puree is a sweet tooths dream! We start by De fatting the coconut so it won't destroy kill head retention in beer. We use both the rind and water/milk from the coconut for maximum flavor. We then add just the right amount of cane sugar for sweetness and Xanthium Gum to make the perfect consistency for usage in beer, bakeries, candy or any other crazy concoction you can think of. Usage rate is very similar to other fruits and our coconut cream can be added in conjunction with toasted coconut flakes or it also works superbly on its own!

ASEPTIC PUREE - Aseptic Purees can be stored at temps up to 70°F (21°C). For long term storage we recommend storing in a cooler or refrigerator for maximum freshness.
