Centennial is considered a super Cascade! A classic style that works well in both bittering and aroma additions. A fine hop for all around brewing but shines in dry hopping and Whirlpool additions. By far the best hop on the market for survivable aromatic components in any beer style!
Centennial showcases flavors and aromas similar to that of Cascade with citrus like flavors including grapefruit and orange but with added depth of Caramel, Rose from its high Geraniol content.
