Pioneered in the 1950’s by Jack Horner and his team at Oregon State University, Cascade hops have since gone on to become one of the most popular American hops of all time. Released in 1972, Cascade is currently New York’s most sustainable hop and widely used by breweries all over the country. Its wide assortment of flavors contributed by the terroir from different growing areas help our New York Cascade excel in different beer styles from IPA’s to high end lagers.
Our Cascade hops come from multiple family farms from Montana, Washington and of course our New York Grown. Amazingly enough they all bring their own distinct aromas!
